For one of our favorite dates when Anna came up to visit Andrew in Cleveland, we took a trip downtown to shop around the West Side Market. Anna was even able to find authentic Hungarian Dobos torte! There is so much unique cultural cuisine and just walking around the market is a fun date even if you buy nothing.
Andrew took Anna to her first MLB game, and she loved the environment, the stadium, and experiencing her first baseball game. However, the post-game fireworks were her favorite. The Tampa Bay Rays and Seattle Mariners are in town the week before the wedding if you're trying to catch a game!
Andrew and Anna love hiking and exploring the outdoors and it's pretty cool having a National Park so close. There are some great easy trails around including the very scenic Brandywine Gorge Loop is a nice and easy one that takes you to a pretty waterfall.
Andrew took Anna here the very first time she came to Cleveland because he believes it is the best ice cream in the world (It is). While she still prefers Graeter's (which Andrew says is the wrong opinion), she did tell him it was very, very good. Plus, it's right outside the hotel so why not make a stop?
If you are a big lover of music, you have to visit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame at one point in your life. Pretty cool that it's here in Cleveland!
The world-renowned Cleveland Orchestra is one of the greatest in the World and consistently ranked as one of the Top 5 in the country. Andrew's family loves to go at Christmastime when they have their annual holiday concert which ends traditionally with Silent Night. He is excited to take Anna one holiday soon
The 2025 Cleveland National Air Show will occur on August 30–31 and September 1, 2025, during Labor Day weekend. The show will feature the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds. This occurs Labor Day Weekend every year in Cleveland and is always a hit with around 100,000 spectators yearly.
In the City right next to where Andrew grew up, the beach is a great place to hang out and enjoy the views of one of the world's largest fresh bodies of water
Lots of great restaurants and Breweries around here including Great Lakes Brewing Company.
We have gone on a couple of dates walking around and shopping at this big outdoor shopping mall. Its a fun place to hang out if you want to explore the suburbs and do some shopping or find a bite to eat (Similar to Easton if you're from Columbus).
Cedar Point is not called America's Roller Coaster Capital for no reason. If you're looking for some thrills, this is the place to check out!
