Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail or Formal ALL BLACK Attire - To help us create a timeless and elegant atmosphere, we kindly ask guests to join us wearing all black attire. Recommendations for men: white or black button down shirt, black dress pants or full suits, black tie or bow tie, black dress shoes. Recommendations for women: black cocktail/formal short, midi, or floor length dress, black jumpsuit, dress shoes.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving no later than 2:30-2:45pm EST as the wedding will begin promptly at 3pm EST.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. We are looking forward to celebrating with our closest friends and family!

Where will the celebrations take place?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held at St. John the Evangelist with cocktail hour and the reception to follow at The Conservatory at Evergreen.

How to RSVP?

Answer

Please visit the RSVP tab. We ask that RSVPs are submitted no later than February 28, 2026. If you do not RSVP by February 28, you will be marked as "not attending." UPDATE: We understand there was a delay with many invitations being delivered. We apologize for the inconvenience and have extended the deadline to March 15th if needed.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

We have three hotel block options. These blocks are reserved for our guests at the Omni Severin Hotel, JW Marriott Indianapolis, and Fairfield Inn & Suites Indianapolis Downtown and additional information can be found under the Travel tab. There are a variety of accommodations in downtown Indianapolis and the surrounding areas if you are interested in another option.

Do I need to RSVP if I cannot attend?

Answer

If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you RSVP “no” so we can plan accordingly. We will miss you!

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love all of your little ones, we are limiting this to adults only event (with the exception of a few close family members). We appreciate your understanding and hope this allows you to enjoy a worry-free evening celebrating with us!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests put away and silence phones and cameras during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present. Our photographer will capture everything! Photos are welcome (and encouraged) at the reception!
