Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, unless your children are listed on your invitation and when you RSVP, this is an adult only event. We encourage you to use this as an opportunity to spend some well deserved time enjoying yourselves!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The official dress code black tie optional. Black tie optional means tuxedos and gowns are welcome, but not required. Dark suits and ties or formal cocktail dresses are also perfectly appropriate. Think elevated and sophisticated, in keeping with the estate and garden setting. Please reserve hues of sage green for the wedding party. Please reference our wedding guest attire guide and Pinterest board for additional outfit inspiration.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Because the ceremony begins promptly at 11:30am in the Park Savoy Chapel, we recommend that guests arrive thirty (30) minutes prior to the ceremony start time to have plenty of time to park, enjoy some light refreshments and ensure you are seated on time. For our guests staying at the Park Savoy, there will also be a shuttle from the Archer Hotel which will be transporting guests to the venue.

Can I bring a guest?

We're so excited to celebrate this special day with all of our friends and family! Due to the limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding, and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

What do I do if I cannot attend?

Answer

While you will be missed, please let us know if you cannot make it to the wedding as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly! Thank you!

Where do I stay?

Answer

We have all our travel information on the travel tab of our website. That is where you can find the information for our wedding room block which will be at the Archer Hotel.

What airport do I fly into?

Answer

Our out of town guests should make travel arrangements to fly into Newark Airport (EWR). All our travel information can be found on the travel tab of our website.

What happens if I am running late?

Answer

Please arrive on time! Due to the flow of the day and the fact that both our ceremony and reception are taking place at the same venue, late arrivals may not be permitted to join the ceremony. We kindly ask that you be prompt, as the ceremony will begin on time and flow directly into cocktail hour immediately afterward.

Can I drive myself to the venue/is parking available?

Answer

Yes! The Park Savoy Estate offers ample on-site parking for all guests, along with valet service for your convenience.

Are there events beyond the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! We have a few special moments planned throughout the weekend. Please RSVP to each event listed on your invitation so we can plan accordingly.
