What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request you arrive 30 minutes early to assume you don't miss anything. This will also give you time to park (if needed), and make your way to find your seat. Please plan accordingly if you desire to use our complimentary shuttle. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will be asked by event staff to politely wait outside the ceremony area until finished.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We adore little ones! If children are included on your invitations, they're absolutely welcome. If not, we hope you'll enjoy a fun night out while we celebrate together!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest's name will be listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. If this is not included, thank you for understanding! We look forward to celebrating with you!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best cocktail attire. We recommend dressy yet comfortable and encourage guests to wear bright fun colors!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the cocktail party starts, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

Is the ceremony/reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We plan to have our ceremony held outdoors pending weather. This will be a day of decision if the weather decides not to be in our favor! Following the ceremony, the cocktail party and reception will be held indoors adjacent to our outside ceremony site.

Where do I park?

Answer

There will be parking space available outside our venue. We will also be providing bus transportation to and from our preferred hotels listed under the "TRAVEL" page on our website. This bus will travel to and from the venue throughout our wedding day to accommodate for our guests. No alternative locations will be available to due to regulations of our contract. The last bus route will leave our venue at 12:30AM following the end of the reception. Please plan accordingly to ensure appropriate arrival times to the venue.

Answer

First, we would like to thank all of you for traveling the distance to be with us to celebrate our special day! We understand that majority of our guests will be traveling longer distances to be with us. While there are plenty of options to stay nearby, we currently have a hotel room block at the Double Tree by Hilton in Downtown Davenport - please see our "TRAVEL" page for details.
