Maid of Honor
We met in our high school cafeteria in 2009. It was meant to be, as I invited myself over to her house when she was sick to take her soup and watch movies. It was Megan and her family that helped me build a relationship with Christ. Plus, they always feed me, and really that's the way to my heart.
Best Man
Albert and I meet when we were 10 years old. He moved in across the street and we became close friends. Through the years we went through the strange times we call “teenage years” and into adulthood. Albert now is not just my friend but he is my brother. We have grown up together and have been through the big moments in each others lives. This is one big moment I had to have him standing with me.
Bridesmaid
We were both so good at Algebra 2 that we took it again our senior year. Our desks shared a border and the next I knew were are going to lunch together almost every day. Jessi was the kind and caring friend I didn't know I needed. I am still grateful for her big heart.
Groomsman
I met Chris freshmen year of High School in Algebra 1. I remember talking to Chris about Anna and him telling me to stop being a wuss and ask her out. He says he takes credit for bringing us together.
Bridesmaid
I could not have gotten luckier when it comes to a sister-in-law. She makes me laugh when she makes fun of Albert, and doesn't hurt that she makes me food and paints my nails. Shout out to her amazing pecan pie!
Groomsman
My friendship with Eddie started with FIFA. He said he could beat me therefore we bet a whole pizza on a single game. I ended up losing and would continue losing for the next 15 years. But I was the real winner in the end because I got one of the greatest of friends.
Bridesmaid
Susan and I shared the same cohort in nursing school. When we weren't staying up late finishing assignments and studying, we would go for runs and make food. She has a contagious joyful energy that always makes me feel so light and happy after visiting with her.
Groomsman
The cousin of all cousins. I have grown up with him and been lucky enough to live next to him for my entire child and adult life. I feel so lucky to have him be able to stand with me on the most important day of my life.
Groomsman
AJ is Annalyssia's old brother. I've had the privilege of hang out in Georgia. We drove for a couple hours through the middle of a snow storm thinking " We ain't gonna make it" but guess what... We made it. He is the guy all Grooms need, and I'm lucky to soon be able to call him family.
