Madison has tons of cool things to do and places to explore, but if you just don't think 7 hours of wedding will be enough Natzke/Rusk time, swing by the venue before it starts! We'll be setting up at the park starting around 10 am. If you want to come hang out, go swimming, play lawn games, go for a walk in the woods, etc., we'd love another opportunity to see you!
The largest producers-only market in the country, it's open from 6-2 on Saturday. Good food, good people watching :)

Frank Lloyd Wright-designed, this meeting and convention center is right on Lake Monona. You can take a tour of the building, 1 pm every day, for $5 per person. Or you can walk on the rooftop terrace and gaze at the lake for free! Building open 8-5, rooftop 8-midnight on weekends.
This peninsula in Lake Mendota has nice hiking trails, culminating in a great view of Madison. People have been living and playing here for over 12,000 years, and it's easy to see why! Free, open 4 am to 10 pm.
The State Capitol is open to the public every day from 8-6. It's a beautiful architectural space, and it's worth taking a tour to learn all the fun details about the building's history and decor. There are tours every hour - no need to schedule unless you have more than 10 people in your group.
Weather permitting, we'll gather at the UW Memorial Union Terrace after the reception for more lake-side revelry.
