What are the travel restrictions?

Answer

Currently Mexico is open for Swiss and American citizen. Upon arrival you'll need to fill out a health form. For traveling back everyone has to have proof of a negative PCR test, even if you are vaccinated. Most hotels offer Covid Testing on site. Good news are: If you are vaccinated you don't have to quarantine anymore :)

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

By June 19th. We know we are in weird circumstances. So please book flexible flight tickets. We won't cancel it but worst case we will have to reschedule it.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes it is a beach wedding :) Elegant but comfortable. We prefer natural, beachy, and light colors.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Close family and friends will stay with us at Casa Violeta. If you are not we really liked the Hotel Aroma in Downtown Tulum if you look for something not too expensive. Otherwise there are tons of options. Not only in Tulum but also in Cancun and Playa del Carmen.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For people staying with us at Casa Violeta - there will be free parking :) For other guest there is paid parking available near by. We recommend a taxi or shuttle from other hotels though, so you can enjoy our open bar :)

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

For all guest not staying at Casa Violetta, there is transportation provided by us. But most hotel and resorts offer.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes of course. Let us know ASAP. So we have enough time to accommodate.
