In January 2025, Zach’s work with the railroad brought him to Colorado, beginning a season of long distance while Anna continued building her career in Kansas City. On the Fourth of July, after taking her to dinner at the very restaurant where they had their first date, Zach brought their story full circle by proposing to Anna at the overlook of the Kansas City skyline.
