FAQs

Question

May I take pictures during the wedding?

Answer

We have hired an incredible photographer, so please do not take any photos or video during the ceremony. We want the focus to be on the ceremony and amazing scenery, and do not want to see your phone screen in any of our pictures. However - we would enjoy seeing the rest of the day from your perspective! Feel free to take photos & video clips during social hour and the reception, and share.

Question

Is this a BYOB event?

Answer

Don't worry, Nick has you covered on the beer & wine! Water, lemonade, and sweet tea will also be proided. Hard liquor is not allowed on the premises, at all, so please do not bring your own.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be held outdoors. The rest will take place in a barn space, with access to an open air patio and covered deck. Dress accordingly!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Please see our schedule for the dress code. Shoe note: The walkway from parking to the ceremony space is gravel. The ceremony will take place in grass, and the rest of the activities will be on paved/solid surfaces.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:30. Please arrive between 35-15min early (3:55-4:15pm) to allow ample time for parking, walking, mingling, and missed turns (though GPS & signage are good)!

Question

May I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. If not, then no. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate guests not indicated on the invitation.

Question

May I bring my kids to the wedding?

Answer

We love you and we love your kids, but we'd like to keep our day to adults only.

Question

Will last names be changing after the wedding?

Answer

Nope! We will still be Nick Luther & Anna Zuver - but with extra hardware on our ring fingers.

Question

Do you have a wedding hashtag?

Answer

#MoreThanJustTaxDay
