Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We will have some amazing photographers with us on our big day! We ask that guests abide by our 'unplugged ceremony' and refrain from taking pictures. At cocktail hour and reception, feel free to take as many photos as you like! While taking pictures, please respect our photographer as he captures our magical night with our favourite people!

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space we can only accommodate guests listed when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Can I smoke on the property?

Answer

Our reception is within accordance of Ontario Smoking Law. Smoking is only permissible in the parking lot.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

When guests RSVP they will have the ability to advise on food restrictions. All food served during dinner will be nut-free and gluten-free.

Is the event Indoors/Outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are indoors.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We request guests dress in semi-formal fashion. Wear something great for the dancefloor!

Is there parking available?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will have complimentary parking. Bellamere will allow you to leave your car overnight if needed.

What if I can only come to the ceremony/reception?

Answer

While we would love to see you for our entire big day, please reach out to the bride and groom to accommodate accordingly before RSVP deadline.

What is the weather and climate like in the area?

Answer

With ideal conditions, London in July will be hot and sunny! While our reception does have air conditioning please dress accordingly.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the church 10-15 minutes before scheduled start time to find a seat before the ceremony commences. Refer to our 'schedule' tab for all start times.

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes. Our ceremony will begin at 2 PM and end at 3PM. Our guests will have time in between our ceremony and reception. We ask guests not to show up to Bellamere until our cocktail hour starts at 6PM.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Our reception will start with cocktail hour where the bar will be open for beer, wine, and spirits during our waiter-passed hors d’ouevres. During dinner and speeches Bellamere's signature wine will be served table side and the bar will be closed. Once the dance floor opens - so will the bar!

Where should I bring/send my wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honour us with a gift, a designated space will be at our reception. Please refer to the FAQ regarding our registry.
