Question

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors! The reception and dinner will be hosted indoors, although there will be an outside area as well for guests to socialize. Colorado weather can vary in April, so be sure to check the weather ahead of time in order to prepare!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be shuttles available from the Homewood Suites and the Hampton Inn & Suites. Please see the Travel tab for more information on this. If you plan on driving, there is parking available at the venue.

What about Covid?

In the interest of keeping everyone safe and healthy, we ask that you follow the current CDC guidelines and stay home if you do have Covid. What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Please let us know! We will be having a buffet-style dinner and will make an effort to make sure everyone can find something there to eat. When you RSVP, please fill out the question asking about dietary restrictions.

Can I take pictures at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you please keep your phones and cameras off and stored away during the ceremony so that we can all be present in the moment and avoid any distractions or interruptions. However, you are more than welcome to take photos at the reception - and if you do, we would love to see them!
