The Ceremony

Summer outdoor wedding attire is recommended. Be aware we will be on grass and uneven ground so it's recommended women wear either flats or wedge heels.
The wedding ceremony will take place in the Oak and Nut Tree Collection in the Arboretum. Upon arrival at the Arboretum at the gate, tell them you're here for the VanBoxtel wedding and you will receive a map of where our ceremony will take place. You can try to drive to the site yourself, or park at the guest building and take the yellow school bus shuttle to the ceremony site. If you drive you will need to access the location via the "Three Mile Drive." There is very limited parking directly across from the site. You can also choose to park in the main parking lot by the Visitor Center and walk to the location of the ceremony. It is about a 10-15 minute walk from the Visitor Center. There will be more communications about this via email!
The Cocktail Hour and Reception

Directly after the ceremony, you can walk (or drive) to the cocktail hour which will begin at 6 pm in the foyer outside of Snyder Auditorium inside the visitor center at the arboretum (so no need to go anywhere else). There will be a cocktail hour with jazz music played by some of our friends. Following cocktail hour, we'll have our reception dinner. Don't forget those dancing shoes because we'll also have a DJ and dance after dinner. Unfortunately, everyone will need to be out of the venue by midnight, but we'll be sure to have fun before that!
