Passports

A valid passport will be required for travel. Please look at the expiration date of your passport. Passport renewals are currently taking 3-4 months. We recommend that if your passport will expire within 6 months of the wedding to renew your passport. Please follow the link below for renewal information.

Flight

Airport, After Customs Procedure, and Transportation

Please fly to the Los Cabos International Airport (SJD). We have arranged a link that makes booking arrival/departure transportation easy. This is through Impala Ground Services. Options and cost (gratuity not included) are: 1) Shuttle Service- 17 USD/person/way - Shared shuttle with other wedding guests arriving within a half-hour of one another. Possible 1-2 stops along the drop-off route. Shared shuttle to the airport will be scheduled with departure pickup being a minimum of 2 or 3 hours before your Los Cabos departure. 2) Private Transportation: - Up to 5 passengers (& 5 luggage) ($85 USD/way) - Up to 10 passengers (& 12 luggage)- ($95 USD/way) At the link, please follow the below directions: Click: “Guest List” Click: “Add your information” and fill out your arrival and/or departure information and payment method. Click: “Submit” After landing and passing through customs, you will enter a room with many salesmen trying to sell experiences and schedule a ride for you. Walk right past them and exit the airport to meet with your driver outside with Impala Ground Services.

Villa La Valencia Beach Resort & Spa

We have reserved a block of discounted rooms at Villa La Valencia Beach Resort. The resort offers flexibilibity in choosing an all-inclusive, or room only option. Transportation will be provided to and from wedding events from Villa La Valencia. Please utilize the below link with the group code. **The hotel block is currently full. If you choose to not stay at Villa La Valencia, please coordinate your own travel to the event venues.
