This coastal walk takes approximately 2 hours to complete and passes several beaches along the way: Bondi Beach, Tamarama Beach, Bronte Beach, and Coogee Beach. There are also several parks and viewpoints along the walk, which offer stunning views of the coastline. There are several cafes and restaurants along the way, where you can stop for a break or a bite to eat.
Start at Circular Quay, where you can take in the views of the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Stroll through the Royal Botanic Gardens, which are located just behind the Opera House. Walk across the Sydney Harbour Bridge, another iconic landmark in Sydney. You can walk, cycle, or drive across the bridge, or take a ferry underneath it. The views from the bridge are simply stunning.
Take a ferry from Circular Quay to Manly, which takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive in Manly, you can wander around the shops and restaurants, or take a walk along the beach. There are also several lookout points in Manly, where you can get panoramic views of the harbour.
The zoo is located on a headland overlooking Sydney Harbour, and offers stunning views of the city skyline. If you're interested in seeing kangaroos and koalas, you can visit the Australian Walkabout, which is a large enclosure where you can see these animals up close.
