the best party of our lives

We first met at our medical school welcome retreat and connected right away over our outgoing personalities and karaoke. We quickly became the best of friends. It then turned into texting all the time, movie "not-dates", and nights in studying together. We always wanted to spend time with each other and it became this easy comfortable bond, until it was love over Zaxby's chicken wings and Stranger Things.

Bobby planned a fancy dinner night out to celebrate finishing our first year of residency. Becca did not expect a thing as she had hoped a proposal was in the near future while on vacation a few weeks later. We went to a rooftop bar in downtown Asheville to catch the sun set after dinner. "Coincidentally" a co-resident was at the same bar and offered to take a picture. Becca was camera shy, as she did not like her outfit and she started to suspect something was up. But Bobby had plans in mind and dropped on a knee, then and there. And then in surprise Becca said NO...way! Of course it was a resounding YES and the rest was a blur of happy emotions. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in AVL!
