HOTEL BLOCKS: We have reserved room blocks at the hotels noted below, which are approximately a 5-10 min. Uber ride to the venue. When you click on the “View” button below each hotel, you will be taken directly to that hotel’s room block, where you are able to reserve your room at the special discounted rate. Please note that the room block has been secured for the period between 10/24-10/28, and you are able to select the specific dates during that period for which you’d like to secure a room (e.g., 10/25-10/27). If you’d like to stay on any dates outside of 10/24-10/28, please call the hotel directly, and you may need to pay the prevailing rate for those dates. Rooms must booked by September 24 to secure the special discounted rate, subject to availability. If the block at your preferred hotel has been filled for your selected dates, please let us know directly, so we can contact the hotel to release more rooms, subject to availability.

Travel Notes to Guests

NOTE 1: The Marine Corp Marathon is scheduled to take place on the morning of Sunday, Oct. 27, and many roads will be closed off in Arlington. To the extent that you are flying out of Washington Reagan National Airport on Sunday morning / early afternoon, you will need to leave plenty of time to get to the airport due to detours. NOTE 2: For those in town on Sunday, we will be having a brunch at Fireworks Pizza (a block from our home) where can drop by anytime between 12-3pm.
