We'll be posting a formal itinerary for the big day once we finalize all of the details, but for now, you can plan on the ceremony taking place at Grace Church (385 Essex Street), with the reception to follow at Hamilton Hall (9 Chestnut Street). They're only a few blocks apart - 7 minutes by walking, to be exact!
If you don't have an additional guest named on your invitation, we'd prefer if it was just you!
We love your little ones, but our wedding is an adults-only affair!
One of the reasons we've chosen Salem for our wedding is that all of the weekend's locations are completely walkable! Grace Church is a 13 minute walk from downtown Salem - if you prefer to take an Uber, please leave adequate time to call one. We'll all be heading to the reception at Hamilton Hall from Grace Church - only a 6 minute walk. Similarly, the wedding afterparty is only an 11 minute walk from the reception, so we'll all walk over together to keep the party going!
We'd love to see everyone in their formal best! This means dresses or formal jumpsuits for women, and suits for men.
Yes, of course! Upon conclusion of the reception, we'll be heading over to Bit Bar on 278 Derby Street for unlimited arcade & video games and late-night snacks, provided by the bride and groom. There will be a cash bar for drinks!
Good Question - you can prepare by enjoying one of many Salem themed books, plays or films! Books: Miller, Arthur. The Crucible: A Play in Four Acts. Viking Press, 1953. Gaskill, Malcolm. The Ruin of All Witches. Knopf Press, 2022. Film: Hocus Pocus (1993). The Lords of Salem (2013). Hubie Halloween (2020).
