From the very beginning, our connection felt easy and genuine. Our first date was at a little coffee shop in Twin Falls, Idaho, where one conversation turned into hours of talking, laughing, and getting to know one another. It didn’t take long to realize there was something special there. Our second date sealed it. At a local winery, we shared our first sunset together, watching the sky glow over the vineyard with a glass of wine in hand. That moment hooked us—on each other and on the adventure we were beginning together. Since then, our love has grown through countless experiences and miles traveled. We’ve explored Montana and Idaho (with lots of camping along the way), wandered through California—where Joey proposed among the towering redwoods before we hunted for sea glass at Glass Beach—and stood together on the salt flats of Nevada and Utah. Anja’s passion for music has filled our lives with concerts (and yes, Joey has happily tagged along to many of them). We’ve made magical memories at Disneyland during Christmas and soaked up sunshine on a Mexico cruise. Through every trip, every song, and every quiet moment in between, we’ve built a life full of laughter, love, and shared adventures—and we can’t wait to continue our story together as we say “I do.” 💜💙
