We have organized a hotel block for those wishing to book accommodations at the Westin Harbour Castle. Please use the code for our party, ME1, which is valid until June 30th. This hotel is close to the venue and downtown.
Guests are responsible for getting themselves to the ferry which will take guests to the Royal Canadian Yacht Club for the rest of the day. The first ferry departs at 4 pm!
This event is black-tie optional. The grass might be soft so maybe re-think stilettos! Also since we are by the water, if you get chilly easily, please bring an extra layer in case of a breeze!
Members, guests, vendors & clients must adhere to the Club’s Dress Code Standards. Please Note: The Quartermaster is required to refuse loading on the launch or entry to the Social Areas of the Club to those not meeting the minimum dress standards. The minimum dress requirement for gentlemen is conservative smart casual attire (i.e. a shirt with collar & sleeves; long trousers or dress shorts). Note: jeans, non-dress shorts, cut-offs, any shirt without sleeves, or bathing suits are not considered appropriate attire. After 6:00pm: Jacket; shirt with collar & sleeves & dress pants are required. The minimum dress requirement for ladies is conservative smart casual attire (i.e. a dress, skirt, slacks or walking shorts with a blouse).
