What is the dress code?

Answer

Since the ceremony is outdoors, we suggest smart-casual attire. For the guys we suggest chinos, khakis, button down shirts, or polos. For the ladies we suggest sundresses, skirts, or nice separates. High heels are not recommended unless you want to slip them off for a walk on the beach.

What are some good places to eat and drink?

* Ruddy Duck (shares a parking lot with the Hilton Garden Inn). Has good crab cakes. * Island Hideaway in Solomons on the water (can book on Open Table) * Buckets in Lusby (our favorite place, but yes, it's behind a gas station and liquor store; gets very busy after 6:00). Best crushes in town. * Barrel 9 Whiskey and Wine Bar in Lusby; another favorite. Serves small plates. Amazing wines and great smoked old-fashioned. * Bugeye Grill in Solomons; a bit more upscale. Not directly on the water but has views to the water.
