We recommend arriving at least 1 day before the first event to settle in and avoid any travel delays. However, at the latest please arrive by 12pm on the 29th October to ensure a smooth check-in process to your room and an on-time arrival to the first event.
The closest airport is Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), about 20–30 minutes from the resort.
Many nationalities can obtain a Visa on Arrival. However, we recommend organising an e-Visa prior to entry as it is the same cost and immigration for Visa on Arrival can take around 1-2 hours. e-Visas link: https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id/ Please refer to the travel/accom page as this covers all entry requirements to enter into Indonesia.
Given all events are held at AYANA Resort, there is no transport required. Please organise your own transport to and from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) and AYANA Resort. Either through Grab/Gojek or please reach out to Ayana directly regarding transportation through them. Otherwise, GetYourGuide and Klook also offer Airport Transfers.
All accomodation for the wedding days (29th and 30th October) is provided at AYANA Resort and SPA for all guests. Please note it is mandatory for all wedding guests to stay at AYANA Resort during the wedding days.
