It all began with a simple swipe on a dating app. What started as casual messages quickly turned into daily conversations filled with laughter, curiosity, and connection. After a month of talking, he flew from Fort Worth to San Francisco so we could finally meet in person — and from that first visit, we both knew there was something special. For the next year, we navigated long distance, trading flights and making the most of every weekend together. Along the way, I met Leo (his cat), who immediately decided I was part of the family — quite the surprise for someone who never considered herself a “cat person”! Through distance, late-night calls, and countless airport goodbyes, our bond only grew stronger. Eventually, the miles between us disappeared, and the rest, as they say, is history. Now we can’t wait to begin the next chapter — surrounded by all the people we love most. ♡
