Authorization for Travel into the UK

Beginning in 2025, most travelers will need an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) to enter or transit through the UK if they don't have a UK visa. The ETA is a digital permission to travel, not a visa, and costs £16. Following submission, processing is generally completed within 3 business days and your travel authorization will remain valid for up to 2 years. Apply online via the below link or through the UK ETA app .

Our ceremony and reception will be held at the New Castle. Self-Driving attendees are requested to park by the Golf House and walk up the drive to the New Castle.

We have blocked hotel rooms out here for Aug 8 and 9. It is just over a ten-minute drive from Rowallan Castle. We are working to arrange shuttle transport between this hotel and the venue prior to and following the wedding. Please let us know if you book here so we can arrange adequate transportation. Shuttle details will be provided via the FAQ page on our website. If you would like to book a room here, please email reservations@theparkhotelayrshire.co.uk or call 01563 545999 and mention the room blocking for Ewan Moore and Anise Muir. Rooms must be confirmed via email or phone call by June 27th. Room rates: single £100 double/twin £125 Family rooms are not available however a maximum of 2 Z beds can be added for £20 each All rooms include Breakfast.

This is the closest airport to our wedding venue and likely your accommodation, about a 30 minute drive from Rowallan Castle.

This is also a viable airport and is about a one-hour drive from Rowallan Castle. There is also public transport via tram and train to get to Glasgow. From there you can taxi or take the bus to Kilmarnock where the Park Hotel is located. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding transport.

This Airport is also very close and a great option; however, it will likely be difficult to find a flight to or from here.
