Tell me about the venue?!

Finney Field was chosen because it symbolizes the commonalities between the couple and their affinities. It holds profound meaning to the Groom, as well as embodies the traveling and nature loving spirit of the Bride. Jimmy Finney has been a mentor and friend of the Groom for nearly 15 years and has generously extended his personal property for this celebration. This location is not a public venue - it is a unique part of the Groom’s history that holds profound sentimental value to him, and its use is a gift from one of the most important people in his life; we are beyond grateful for Mr. Finney’s hospitality!

Plane and Runway Etiquette?

Answer

Please refrain from touching, climbing onto, or leaning against the planes and be mindful of wings and propellars as they can be a hazard. Additionally, please avoid driving on the grass runway by remaining on and west of the paved driveway.

Where should we park?

Answer

Park along the west side of the entry way road, all parking options are south of the last building. There will be signs to follow. Please be courteous as parking spaces are limited. We also encourage guests to carpool, if possible.

What is the color palette & dress theme?

We can't wait to see our loved ones all dressed up for our big day! Please join us in your best Fall pastels / Formal wear / Traditional attire.

What are the food options?

Answer

Food will be served buffet-style in order to accommodate more options for all. Beef and chicken dishes will be served, as well as vegetarian options. All meat will be halal. There will also be a full coffee bar brought to you by Yasubu Coffee, serving custom drinks and traditional Arabic spiced coffee!

Are you signed up with a wedding gift registry service?

Answer

Your love, well-wishes, and duaa (prayers) are the most important gifts of all. If you would like to contribute in another way, we have chosen a newlywed cash fund and Palestinian charity, followed by a gift registry. This can be found in our website and will help us as we plan for our future together. We are grateful for your love and support.

We kindly request for you to make arrangements prior so that you can enjoy a night out!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Seating is reserved for only friends and family who have completed an RSVP. There will be no additional seating available for non-reserved guests. There will be a seating chart.

Regarding smoking?

Answer

There is absolutely no smoking allowed on the grounds of Finney Fields. Please be courteous.
