Who do I call on the day of if I have an emergency?!

If you have any questions on the day of please call anyone but the bride and groom! What time should I arrive?

Answer

Give yourself plenty of time to navigate to the event, we recommend that you get there a good half an hour before start time to get yourself a nice seat!

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking is free and there is lots of it! it is not lined so we ask that everyone be aware of how much room you leave inbetween cars so that we can make sure everyone has a place to park. Please park on the left hand side of the venue, and follow the signs through the rose garden to the outside ceremony space.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Where do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP online, we will not have a mail in option. However, if you are having trouble please reach out to us before March 1st and we will do our best to try and help you.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes our venue is wheelchair accesible, please let us know how we can accomodate you further

Where are you guys registered?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is present enough! However, for friends and family who have expressed an interest, we’ve created an online registry with Zola. You can find our registry as part of a tab on this website. There are multiple ways to gift through this website. If you would like to gift us something in person you are welcome to do so, however we ask that you mark "I bought this item" on Zola so we don't get multiples of the same item.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We will have an unplugged ceremony, however after that we would love guests to take pictures of themselves and all the festivities!! We encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #truelovewines so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Google maps should be the easiest, however if you are having trouble finding it please contact our day of coordinator or someone on the call list (please do not call the groom or bride on the day of!). If you are an out of town guests, we either recommend renting a car, or letting one of us know well in advance that you would need a ride to and from the wedding festivities. We would be more than happy to try and accomodate you!

What kind of rides will there be for after the wedding?

Answer

We recommend bringing your car or renting a car to get to and from the venue. If you are planning on partying it up please do so responsibly or designate a driver to get you home safely. Lift and Uber are super scarce out there in the farmland and can’t be depended on for a safe ride home!
