We are so excited to welcome you to Mexico as we celebrate the wedding of Anika Ried and Carl (Eddie) Metz III. We are truly looking forward to sharing this special time with you filled with celebration, relaxation, and unforgettable memories. Your host hotel is the Barcelo Maya Grand, an all-inclusive resort with transfers included. Travel dates are September 2, 2027, through September 9, 2027. All guests will be accommodated in the superior room category, with upgrades available based on availability. We are offering two stay options for your convenience. Guests may choose a 7-night stay from 9/2/2027 to 9/9/2027 or a 4-night stay from 9/2/2027 to 9/6/2027. Please note that these dates are fixed and cannot be adjusted. Hotel pricing is per person as follows: Single occupancy is $817 for 4 nights or $1,381 for 7 nights. Double occupancy is $534.33 for 4 nights or $886.33 for 7 nights. Triple occupancy is $502.33 for 4 nights or $830.33 for 7 nights. Quad occupancy is $486.33 for 4 nights or $802.33 for 7 nights. If you wish to reserve a room with another group or couple, please coordinate with Julie about which traveler’s you would be sharing with. Space may be limited and reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first served basis. Please note that airfare is not included and will be available in October 2026. A valid passport is required for travel to Mexico. The payment schedule is as follows: a 50% deposit is due on April 12, 2027, and final payment is due on May 17, 2027. To complete your booking, we will need each traveler’s full name as it appears on their passport, date of birth, phone number, and address. All names must match passports exactly.
