Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is Black Tie Optional. Please avoid wearing denim and white dresses. Suits and full length dresses are kindly requested. If you have a tux or gown that you've been waiting to pull out, now is the time! A color palette has been attached at the top of this page for inspiration!

Can I bring my Children?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have decided to make our special day adults only, with the exception of our flower girl. Thank you for understanding!

WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP BY?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 1st, but we encourage you to respond as soon as possible so we can get an early headcount.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE VENUE?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm, we ask that guests please arrive 30 minutes before. You may arrive as early as 4:45pm. Please note, if you arrive late to the ceremony the venue will not let you into the chapel until after the ceremony has concluded.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Your invitation should specify whether or not you have a plus one. If you believe your plus one is missing, please reach out to a member of the wedding party.

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes, we have two courtesy blocks booked at neighboring hotels. See the travel page for more details!

CAN I SEND A GIFT TO YOUR HOME?

Answer

Yes! We understand that most of our guests will have to travel for the wedding. We’ve made it easy to send gifts directly through our registry!

WILL THE WEDDING BE OPEN BAR?

Answer

Yes! Enjoy the night with complimentary drinks, courtesy of the bride's parents!

will there be any other events during the weekend?

Answer

Yes! We are hosting a welcome event called Bites and Bubbles, the Saturday night before the wedding. This event is completely optional, but if you would like to join please RSVP so we can get a headcount before!

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

No, we will not be providing transportation to or from either venues. The hotels we have reserved courtesy blocks only provide shuttle services to and from DFW airport.

What is the Weather like this time of the year?

Answer

Usually warm and sunny during the day, with highs in the 80s and cooler evenings in the 60s.

Will the Wedding be Indoor or Outdoor?

Answer

The Ceremony and Reception will both be indoors, while cocktail hour will be held outdoor.

Do you have baby sitter recommendations?

Answer

Yes, our venue recommends either "Black Tie Babysitting, INC" or "Jovie Childcare." They even offer their recommendation for a pet sitter, "Dogs Fur Life LLC."
