When and where do I need to go for the shuttle?

SHUTTLE SCHEDULE For our Carmel and surrounding area guests: 1:20pm Shuttles pick up at Carmel Plaza by House of Cardoon on Junipero Street 1:40pm Shuttles pick up at Starbucks at The Crossroads Carmel on Rio Road 3:00pm Shuttles drop off at Loma Vista (venue) For our Big Sur guests: 2:20pm Shuttle picks up 2 guests at Glen Oaks (outside front desk) 2:30pm Shuttle picks up 6 guests at Big Sur Lodge (outside front desk) 2:45pm Shuttle picks up 2 guests at Deetjens (outside restaurant) 3:00 Shuttle drops off at Loma Vista (venue) For returning to Carmel after the wedding: 8:00pm Early shuttle back to Carmel 10:00pm Final departures

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire, come looking sharp! Ladies - Some suggestions are midi dresses, block heels because of the uneven floor, and fall colors! Guys - Suits, tie or no tie!

What should I bring?

Answer

The venue does have some rough terrain so ladies we'd recommend wearing block heels and/or bringing comfortable shoes for later on when you're dancing the night away! We also recommend bringing a layer for the evening as it can get chilly as the night goes on

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will have shuttles to and from Carmel by-the-sea. We will send an update on pickup locations and times closer to the big day There is minimal cell phone service once you leave Carmel by-the-sea

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is limited parking on site, but we would love for most guests (if not all!) to take the shuttles. Please reach out if you need to drive your own car
