Although Anh and I went to the same high school, we never met until after my high school graduation in 2017. Then, I found out Anh attends Temple University, where I was enrolled to start in the Fall. She reached out to me once the semester started and offered to show me around campus. We met for lunch on the first day of classes, continued to meet for lunch every day that week and became great friends. In that first week, we shared a lot of laughs and learned so much about each other and all of the things we had in common. We realized that there was much more between us than just friendship and wanted to explore that. I was attracted to her pinch-able cheeks, smile and outgoing personality. And she liked how much I made her laugh. Fast forward 3 months later, we took the leap to get an apartment together at school where we lived for the next 2 years. This was also where we decided to expand our relationship from couple to family by adopting Ziti Girl, our beloved dogter. Love, Nick

On Sunday, September 5th 2021, the final night of their trip to Cancun, Mexico to celebrate their 4-year anniversary, Nick got down on one knee in front of Anh’s family and asked for her hand in marriage. She said “YES!” with tears streaming down her face but with all the joy and excitement in her eyes. In that perfect moment, although surrounded by family, photographers and passer-byers, they felt like they were the only two people in the world and it was a magical feeling.

Ocean City, Maryland is where we first became homeowners, and lived for 6 months tackling our first property renovation! But more importantly, this is where our love for each other grew 10-fold. Each day, I would watch Nick work so hard to bring our vision to life, fix EVERYTHING that needed to be fixed, and do it all with enthusiasm. I always trusted that Nick would love me, but through this experience is where I truly discovered I could always trust Nick to help me, be there for me, and support my dreams. In Maryland, we got to see a glimpse of what our married life would be like with just us and our dog. Establishing our own routines, having our own space to come home to one another everyday, and just living our lives together. It is where we both realized that we could see this lasting for the rest of our lives as husband and wife. Some of the greatest memories of our relationship are in Ocean City, Maryland, and we can’t wait to share our experiences with all of our loved ones. Love, Anh
