Storm King Art Center
A 500-acre outdoor museum of large scale sculpture located in the heart of the Hudson Valley. A must see!
Angry Orchard
Located on a historic farm from the 1700s this orchard brews some of the best hard cider in the region. Bonus: one of the tasting rooms is located in a treehouse!
Minnewaska State Park Preserve
This state park features three "sky lakes," lakes noted for their high clarity and nearly aquamarine water. The park's network of 50 miles of trails are great for hiking and biking and rock climbing.

New York City
If you are planning on visiting New York City before or after our wedding here are a few recommendations for you ! Also a tip for traveling in the city - getting around can take up some time and energy so I would recommend planning your day in advance and trying to do the activities nearest each other each day so as to maximize your sightseeing and fun !
The High Line
The Highine is an elevated Park in the city that was built on an abandoned New York City railway. It's a beautiful perspective to see a bit of the city from, and the entrance is right around the corner from the Chelsea markets so its a perfect way to walk off some lunch !
Chelsea Market
An entire NYC block, this market is full of delicious food vendors and some unique New York shops and is definitely worth a meander through and a potential lunch break.
See a show on Broadway!
Dancing , Costumes, and Showtunes! OH MY! A show on broadway is a classic New York experience that is sure to leave you wide eyed and smiling. If you want to see a show but are concerned about your budget, check out TKTS.com or get their app for half price tickets week/day of.
Momofuku Noodle Bar
If you are looking to have some to have some mind blowingly delicious ramen and flavor combinations you will dream about later than you have to eat here! The east village location is a great place to go after a show or visit to Times Square for a late night dinner. They don't take reservations at this location so I'd recommend going with a small group and being prepared for a 40 minute to hour long wait ( but so worth it !). Make sure someone in your group gets the classic ramen beacuse the broth is to DIE for.
Times Square
Talk about the city that never sleeps ! Times Square is so full of lights you might get confused what time of day it is. Times Square is a great place for taking photos , people watching, and spinning around in circles with your arms wide open pretending you've just move to New York to pursue your dream of being an actor. I would recommend visiting at night either after a show or maybe a visit to the Top of The Rock for sunset.
Top of the Rock
Just a short walk to Times Square, The Rockefeller center will make you feel like a regular Liz Lemon . The top of The Rock is a stunning way to see the city the way Jack Donaghy sees it, like a rich white guy. I recommend going just before sunset so you can see the city lights all turn on. It's also great because you can see the empire state building in the skyline.

A delicious spot to stop for a dim sum breakfast or soup dumpling lunch before exploring China town or walking across Brooklyn Bridge.
Walk across the Brooklyn Bridge
The Brooklyn Bridge is a historic and rustic piece of New York Architecture. It's a unique vantage point on the city and if you walk from Manhattan to Brooklyn you can grab an ice cream and picnic at Brooklyn Bridge Park while you watch the sunset behind the city skyline.
Smorgasburg
morgasburg is an annual food flea market put on by Brooklyn Flea founders Eric Demby and Jonathan Butler featuring up to 100 vendors in various locations in Brooklyn. Smorgasburg is every Saturday and Sunday from 11am–6pm from April through November, rain or shine.
