Ceremony rehearsal run through will be outside weather permitting. Rehearsal lunch to follow for family & wedding parties.

Rehearsal Lunch will be provided by the Groom's parents for wedding parties and family members.
Welcome Party
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
For those that will be arriving Saturday, we would love to get the party started at our Welcome Party. Light hors d'oeuvres will be provided!

Ceremony & Reception
4:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
Ceremony will be outside in grass, weather permitting. Cocktail hour is inside and outside on a covered patio with heaters if needed. Reception will be inside. There will be a shuttle provided that seats 19 which will take trips to and from the venue. FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. Trips from hotels will start at 3:45 and last pick up will be at approximately 4:20. Trips from venue will start at 9:30 and will run till 11:00. Please, plan accordingly. Ubers are also available in the area. Vehicles may not be left overnight at venue.
After Party

Come as you are in your wedding attire or change into sweats with us! Just come and enjoy the late night snacks provided by the Hilton Hotel bar.
The hotels are super close to one another and are in walking distance.
