Luisa Galindo

Maid of Honor - Nat's Commitment Crew (C^2)

Luisa and Natalie met over 15 years ago. Before they met, they had heard about each other through the Colombian futbol community, as both were talented futbol players, and everyone knew they would eventually face off. Well, that day arrived! Luisa’s team was going to play Natalie’s team. Tensions were high due to the fierce rivalry between the teams. Under the scorching California sun and with emotions running high, a fight broke out on the soccer pitch. Amid the commotion, Luisa and Natalie locked eyes and said, “Hey I've heard about you. I know you're Colombian. You handle your team, and I will handle mine - let’s break up this fight!” From that moment on, Luisa and Natalie became best friends. They knew they could count on each other through thick or thin. Fav couple memory? Natalie (my bestie) introduced me to Angier in 2023 when they came to California to visit family. We all had a nice dinner and enjoyed the night catching up and getting to know Angier! My immediate impression and thoughts were “I totally see why my bestie is so happy”. Angier’s sweet disposition and easy going personality was a perfect fit for Natalie who is such a sweet soul herself! Angier excused herself from the table and I took the opportunity to ask Natalie, “Bestie you’re glowing, is she the one?” Natalie blushed and firmly replied “Yes, she is!”. This is my fondest memory of the beautiful couple. I am so honored to be part of the Big Day!

Monica Reuman

Maid of Honor

"Magical Monica," "Artsy Angier"—on the first day of college, they whispered adjectives that started with each other’s name in a get-to-know-you game. They blanked on their own, but that moment—and their neighboring dorm rooms—sparked a lifelong friendship. Their college days were filled with studying, life talks, creating art (Monica is exceptionally talented), and dancing until it was time for mac and cheese. Now, from college to life in Boston, Monica and her dog, Jasper, remain a huge part of Angier’s and Nat's world. Monica is cheerful, witty, authentic, all heart, and loyal. She even taught Angier to jump for joy when exciting moments happen! No one Angier would rather jump with as she marries Nat than her magical maid of honor, Monica. Fav couple memory? I am a lucky duck, getting to spend plenty of quality time with Angier and Natalie! The majority of my memories of these cuties have taken place in Medford, in their first home together. Game nights, brunches, parties, dinners, and cozy nights in watching a show (incomplete if Natalie hasn’t fallen asleep right there on the couch). Some other favorite memories of this amazing couple have been New Years getaways in NH, PorchFests, and the fun nights out celebrating their birthdays. No matter what it is that we’re doing, these two absolutely *radiate* love towards each other & treat each other so well. I have loved watching their love bloom firsthand!

Angela Galindo

Maid of Honor - Nat's Commitment Crew (C^2)

Angela and Natalie have shared a wonderful friendship for over 15 years, navigating major life events together and creating some of the funniest and most memorable moments. Here’s to their growing friendship and many more wonderful years ahead. Fav couple memory? Nat introduced me to Angier in 2023 when they both came to Cali to visit family. I instantly knew Angier was perfect for Nat. During our dinner you could see the glow on Nat’s face - her vibe was different, more serene! Angier was bringing out the best in Nat. You could see how calm Nat was and how in love they both were. It was the first time I had ever seen Natalie this way. It truly brought joy to my heart to see my dear friend truly in love with her one and only.

Puja Mehta

Bridesmaid

Puja is Angier’s incredible sister-in-law, and she feels so lucky to have her in her life! From the moment they connected, it has been such a joy getting to know Puja better. Her tenacity and determination are truly inspiring—whether she’s tackling a new endeavor like becoming a yoga instructor and birth doula, giving Natalie and the whole family a run for their money in Rummikub, or wholeheartedly supporting the people she loves, Puja does it all with heart, passion, and strength. She’s also an amazing photographer and gave Natalie and Angier the timeless gift of their engagement photos, capturing their love in such a meaningful way. Angier is constantly learning from her and feels so grateful to call her family. Fav couple memory? Learning acro yoga moves from you guys on the beaches of Boston and in the mountains of Colorado!

Stephanie Reyes

Nat's Commitment Crew (C^2)

Stephanie and Natalie go way back! All the way back to 1987! Stephanie is Natalie’s older sister and has always been Natalie’s model for perseverance, fashion, and authenticity. Natalie appreciates and is thankful to her sister for always showing her how beautiful and liberating it can be to be your authentic self. Fav couple memory? My favorite memory of Natalie and Angier has to be when they came to California in 2023. We, including my son, Rocky, all took a trip to San Diego, and it was such a blast showing Angier around. We explored the charm of Old Town San Diego and wandered through the stunning Balboa Park. It was so beautiful to see my sister so happy with Angier! I remember telling my sister that I could tell Angier was the one and I was elated to see my sister had found her other half. I am deeply honored to be part of my sister’s Wedding Commitment Crew!

Shannon MacCabe

Bridesmaid

Shannon and Angier were meant to be friends. They first met on the shared playground in kindergarten (yes, before 2000!), even though they were in different classes. Both waiting in line for homemade strawberry ice cream—because really, what better way to bond? When first grade rolled around, they ended up in the same class, and their friendship only grew stronger from there. Shannon was one of the first friends always up for an adventure—like snowboarding just the two of them. Even though they no longer live near each other, they’ve remained intentional about staying close. Whether it’s Angier visiting Colorado to see her family and Shannon or making memories at Shannon’s beloved lake house in New Hampshire, their friendship continues to thrive, creating lifelong memories from childhood to now. Fun fact: Within an hour of meeting Nat for the first time, Shannon surprised her (and Angier) with a homemade cake to celebrate Nat’s birthday. It was the perfect way to welcome Nat into Angier’s circle, and a true testament to Shannon’s warmth, generosity, and thoughtfulness. Fav couple memory? Some of my favorite memories with Ang and Nat are from our adventures at Lake Winnipesaukee. Like the unforgettable night a bat decided to join our cozy dinner—Nat and I spent over an hour sprinting around the house in a chaotic mix of terror and laughter. I've never been so scared and amused at the same time, and I couldn’t have asked for better partners in bat-busting crime!

Jennifer Kiely

Nat's Commitment Crew (C^2)

Jennifer and Natalie met back in 2016 when they both individually moved to the state of Massachusetts. Fate brought them together one night while they were both waiting in line for a Colombian Independence Day party. From that night on, their friendship grew into something truly amazing! Fav couple memory? When Natalie introduced me to Angier, I was overjoyed. I had never seen Natalie happier. Angier instantly became part of our family, and my husband and I have cherished every moment spent together with both Nat and Angier - double dates, board game nights, dinners, and even our unforgettable night watching The Slutcracker. Watching their love story unfold has been a privilege, and I couldn’t be happier to celebrate with them this new chapter in their lives.

Emelia Perry

Bridesmaid

Emi and Angier met during the first week of college at the track info session. Emi was rocking a cool green summer jumper, and from that moment, Angier had a feeling they’d be great friends. Their bond grew through weekend runs (until Angier couldn’t keep up!), including one particularly memorable 14-mile trek to a pharmacy on a random Sunday. But beyond the miles, it was their genuine conversations and shared love of cooking vegetarian meals that truly solidified their friendship. Emi is a natural non-judgmental listener, an inspirational athlete, and a creative cook. She brings a sense of positivity and serenity to everything she does, and Angier feels so lucky to have her as one of her closest friends! Fav couple memory? My favorite memory of Angier and Natalie is the Boilermaker race! They both ran the 5K event, then celebrated with a well-earned beer at the post-race party, meeting some of my friends and fellow athletes. We also had really good Italian food!! And visiting you both in Boston is always a fun time too:)

Majo Acosta

Nat's Commitment Crew (C^2)

Majo and Natalie, like Jennifer, crossed paths in 2016 while waiting in line for a Colombian Independence Day party. Since that day, their friendship has flourished, filled with laughter, dancing, and unforgettable moments—one of the most special being Majo and her husband John’s wedding in Cartagena, Colombia. Fav couple memory? Seeing Naty with Angier makes me so happy. Angier is sweet, kind, and incredibly smart! One of my most memorable moments with Naty and Angier is from when I met Angier for the first time. We were in New Hampshire for my birthday, celebrating with delicious adult beverages. As you can imagine, the following day most of us were feeling the effects of the night before—except for Naty and Angier. They got up early in the morning and went for a run together, as if no beverages had been consumed. That’s when I realized how perfectly they complement each other. Later that day, we all went to the beach, and I got to see their connection even more, quite literally in action, as they began showing the group the acrobatics Angier had taught Naty—climbing and balancing on each other. It was impressive and a perfect reflection of their relationship: one full of trust, strength, and complete synchronicity.

Morgan Kelley

Bridesmaid

Morgan and Angier’s friendship took flight—literally—through acro and partner acrobatics. It all started with an epic acro trip to Guatemala, followed by becoming COVID acro buddies. From park jams to classes, teaching, traveling (both nationally and internationally!), and even a few performances, it’s hard to be around them without some acro happening! Morgan is the kind of friend who shares her headlamp while trekking down an active volcano in the pitch black and cold (shoutout to Fuego!). She’s kind, inclusive, and a true go-getter—always up for an adventure and always looking out for the people she loves. She brings warmth, laughter, and so much heart wherever she goes, and she has become such a cherished part of Angier and Natalie’s Boston family. Angier is so grateful to have her standing by her side on their wedding day! Fav couple memory? We’ve had so many fun adventures over the past few years that it is hard to pick a single moment in time. The thing that stands out most in all of them is the way that Angier and Nat support and care for each other. Whether we are all trying to do a silly acro pose on a scenic park side, going for a group run, or cheering one another on through an ice bath, their love for each other is ever present.

Mafe Pineros

Nat's Commitment Crew (C^2)

Mafe and Natalie met in 2019 at a Colombian gathering, quickly developing a strong friendship. Bonding over their shared Colombian roots, they also discovered a mutual passion for intellectually stimulating conversations about the macro socioeconomic factors that impact both Colombia and the U.S. As their friendship blossomed, they began sharing even more fun activities, like hiking, creating countless new memories and deepening their connection. Fav couple memory? One of my favorite memories is from the time I attended Angier’s acro performance. I remember looking over at Nat and seeing her eyes light up with pride as she watched Angier perform. The joy and admiration in Nat’s expression truly captured the love and bond they share. May the journey they embark on be filled with love and happiness. I must admit, I got teary-eyed writing this memory. I’m so happy for you, Nata, and for the fact that you’ve found someone as beautiful and special as Angier!

Eliana Katz

Bridesmaid

Ellie and Angier met through the Ursinus College track team. Even though they competed in different events, they quickly found each other and bonded during the full-day track meets. After college, their friendship led them on an unforgettable adventure—hiking in Vermont and couchsurfing in Montreal—a true testament to their shared love of exploration and spontaneity! Ellie is caring, down to keep conversations real, creative, and endlessly joyful—you can’t help but laugh together in her presence. Speaking of joy, this year has been extra special as both she and Angier are brides! Ellie and her husband, Dean, recently tied the knot (congrats to them!), making it even more meaningful to share in the excitement of wedding planning together. On the big day, she’ll be passing Angier her bouquet—just as Angier had the honor of doing for her. Fav couple memory? My favorite memory was meeting in NYC to see you both! Walking the city, spontaneously buying bathing suits on sale at Target to go to the underground Russian bathhouse, and salsa dancing at night. I had been going through a lot and Natalie was very understanding and thoughtful and I saw that, which I thought made a really nice partner for you (Angier) ❤️❤️

Claudia Chica

Nat's Commitment Crew (C^2)

Claudia and Natalie first met in 2020 at a friend’s gathering around a cozy outdoor firepit. As the flames flickered, Claudia started sharing her passion for marketing, which instantly captivated Natalie. As someone who works in business and collaborates closely with her marketing colleagues, Natalie found it both interesting and engaging. Since that night, their friendship has blossomed, filled with fun outings and thought-provoking conversations about marketing, AI, business, and project management. Fav couple memory? My favorite memory of Natalie and Angier is when we all met up for their Cambridge Half Marathon in 2023. It was so inspiring to see them both achieve such an incredible goal as a couple. At first, I thought, ‘Okay, it’s a couple’s goal,’ but then I saw the training board they had created. It laid out their detailed training schedule, and what really stood out to me were the photos they added along the way—pictures from their runs, capturing each step of their journey. That’s when I realized what it truly means to work as a team. It was incredibly inspiring, and I thought to myself, ‘This is something I aspire to have with my own partner one day.’ It wasn’t just about running a race—it was about working together, holding each other accountable. It was such a difficult goal to reach, and witnessing it was such an honor. I feel lucky to have been there, cheering you both on as you crossed the finish line and brought that beautiful project to life.

Catherine Gauthier

Bridesmaid

Catherine and Angier first crossed paths at gymnastics practice—only to be surprised when they spotted each other at school the next day, as Catherine had joined the KWS 6th grade! Their friendship flourished through countless recesses and just as many gymnastics practices. As they grew older, their adventures got bigger—like their unforgettable trip to Switzerland, where they ended up tubing in the Alps wearing flip-flops. Now, Angier and Natalie cherish every opportunity to spend time with Catherine and her two beautiful children, Maya and Cody. Catherine is one of the kindest, most grounded, and unwaveringly solid people Angier knows. She feels so lucky to have her as a friend. Fav couple memory? Angier and I have been friends for what feels like forever. When I met Nat in the spring of 2022, I immediately knew that this relationship was special. It was clear that Nat loved the Angier that I knew and loved. The authentic, caring, and adventurous Angier. Their interactions seemed so natural, it was no surprise to me that they quickly joined their lives together. I've been lucky to share my daughter, Maya, with them during the last couple of years. Even from far, they have been a part of our lives, and we are so grateful. Recently, during a chilly park date, Maya requested that Angier and Nat go down the slides with her. Despite the cold, they both participated enthusiastically. Angier and Nat have such big hearts, and I could not be more excited for their future together!
