Allisia, is not only the bride’s matron of honor but her older sister. Growing up, Allisia and Angie may have not always seen eye to eye but sister best friends always have each other’s backs. Allisia recently gave birth to the bride’s first and cutest nephew, Amari. Allisia is the one you’ll find in the background always wanting to make sure the bride is set and that there’s no nonsense that goes on for her on the big day!

Chase and I go way back. We met sometime in '94 (great year) and haven't stopped laughing since. He's like a brother to me. No, he is a brother to me. Who am I? Well, I'm just an amateur cyclist, camping enthusiast, music aficionado, architecture connoisseur, and pasta fancier. To finance my lifestyle, I am currently employed as a Managing Director of CAD Operations (MDCO).

Chanell met Angie on their first day at Hampton. She lived right across the hall and they've been friends ever since their first trip to the cafeteria together. Chanell was a 5-year MBA major by day and an honorary Bemis member by night as she often hung out with Angie and other architecture majors in their building as they raced to finish their never ending projects. After graduation, Chanell returned to her hometown of Philadelphia where she works as a Merchandise Buyer for a Fortune 500 Retailer. In her spare time, she loves to travel, cook and exercise to keep a healthy lifestyle (which was hard as Angie's roommate because she baked sweets all the time!).

Chase and I first met at Hampton in James hall when we lived one door down from each other (105 & 107). Since then, there’s never been a dull moment, even if I am a Pastor now. Lol Chase is one of my best friends from Hampton. I currently live in North Carolina and pastor a congregation. Out of myself, Roland, and Chase, I get the prize for coming up with some of the wildest ideas. They love me anyway, though.
Domynique Garrett

Domynique Garrett is a portfolio manager for a government contractor in the Washington DC Metro area called LMI. Domynique is a recent graduate of University of Maryland, College Park where she earned a Masters in Real Estate Development. She holds another Masters in Architecture from Hampton University. Domynique's future aspirations are to become a developer to create stronger inclusive communities around the world. Angie and Domynique have been friends for over 10 years. Their relationship started at Hampton University where they were both shocked to learn about how they were planning to pay for their expensive Architecture supplies. Since then they have been inseparable ever since. Domynique is excited to be a part of Angie and Chase's next chapter in life.
Roland Tisdale

Roland Tisdale will be one of Chase's groomsman. Roland met Chase at Hampton university when they became neighbors at James Hall Freshman Year. Roland majored in Finance and graduated Hampton in 2014. Currently Roland is a project manager in the Northern Virginia/DC metro area. Roland enjoys weightlifting, hiking, and sports. Roland is proud to see Chase and Angie get married after watching their relationship grow at the ILLUSTRIOUS...You know the rest.

Kareesa & Angie first met the summer of 2011 in Bemis Laboratories at Hampton University. We weren’t “officially official” or friends until a year later, Fall 2012. If you were to ask what took us so long, I don’t think either of us could give you the correct answer or even how we initiated it. 9 times out of 10 we probably just looked at each other, and either laughed or she caught me looking confused in the face. Ever-since, I am sure of the fact that we were separated at birth. The connections we possess are sincerely unreal. We’ve shared many late-nights, blood, tears, but above all - LAUGHS. Angie, my ride or die, left hand, sister, I say this with lots of joy and the biggest smile across my face, I am happy to be by your side on your big day!

During my youth, I met an amazing-outgoing person I knew I’d be friends with forever. We met officially when she joined the step team at our home church and we’ve been inseparable since. Hence why she was my maid of honor for my wedding. You guessed it, that person is Angie!! I am one of Angie’s best friends/sisters. I am also a mother, a wife (of course), and a business woman pursuing to open my own nail studio 😊 Congrats again Chase & Ang ❤️☺️

Chase and I have been great friends since we were babies. We met when we were infants in daycare. We attended elementary school and middle school together, played everyday in aftercare together, practiced Soo Bahk Doo, played in band, and spent fun weekends traveling and playing video games. I got to see Chase fall in love with soccer, art and design, and Angie. As adults, we still enjoy long conversations about our aspirations and life updates. I know I can count on Chase for sound advice, good conversation, or just a good laugh. We are lifelong friends.
