Flight
Pisa International Airport
We recommend flying into Pisa International Airport, which is approximately 45 minute drive from Podere Calvaiola (venue) or 50 minute train to the nearest town (Cecina). Cecina is 15 minutes away from the wedding venue so a great hub to stop by and pick up any essentials! Flights from the UK are either from Bristol with EasyJet or Birmingham, All London Airports with Ryanair. If you are flying from Bristol, we recommend avoiding the Friday flight if possible, incase of any delays /cancellations to ensure you make it! You can also fly to Florence which is approximately a 2 hour drive from the venue, if you want to explore! Reminder, check your passport is in date! Your passport must have a minimum of 6 months before the expiry date and be issued within the last 10 years to travel
Rental Car
Pisa Car Rental
One way to travel from the airport to the venue or your hotel is by hire car. The rental companies are located behind the airport. The drive is pretty straight forward on the motorway but please remember to have some cash with you as there are tolls. Use the lanes with the cash or card logo to collect your ticket at the first toll and pay at the next checkpoint. (Avoid lanes with yellow EU logo signs above as they are for pre-paid tolls) If you are driving, there is plenty of parking at the venue.
Train
Cecina
An alternative way to travel to the venue or your hotel, is by Train. Take the Pisa Mover from the airport (5 mins) to Pisa Centrale, from there you can get the train the the nearest town, Cecina (about 1 hour). Cecina is a 15 minute drive from the venue. Your hotel (details below) can arrange pick up from the station. There are also local taxis you can book ahead of time for those staying onsite.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate rooms to stay on site for all our guests, however, there are some beautiful venues nearby we recommend! We will contact those who will be allocated accommodation onsite with details of how to book and payment. This will be for Friday - Sunday. Please do let us know at your earliest convivence if you are unable to stay at the venue.
