It was 2017 at a line dance event in Tampa, FL. Saykeiya was an Instructor, Angerrilynn one of the hosts, didn't even know who Saykeiya was, but something about her, caught Angerrilynn's attention, she couldn't keep her eyes off her. The same night Saykeiya noticed Angerrilynn as she entered the room, instantly taken back. Truly...Love at first sight. From Atlanta to Tampa, Tampa to Atlanta, they realized very early on, they simply didn’t want to be apart. Fights every other week...441 miles couldn't keep them apart. Visits, line dance event meet ups, vacations, any way to spend time together, they made it happen. Love brought Keiya to relocate and move to Tampa with her youngest Reyana, to join Angerrilynn, now known to the Linedance community as “Bae” and her son, Korey. After two years of enjoying and exploring in the hot tropical sun, going through the pandemic, and realizing their love could carry them through what some couples couldn’t survive…together. They came up with even more creative ways to spend quality time, crafting, many DIY’s, porch dinner dates, collaborating their passion of music and many movie nights. Keiya and Bae then moved to Atlanta, where they now currently reside. Still traveling, line dancing, keeping their blended family close, making sure they spend holidays together with their four children, Tory, Korey, Jaylin, Reyana and two grand babies Calie and Choyce. Along the way, “Trusting the Journey”, putting in the work, through challenges and unconditional love, the time is finally right to take the walk down the aisle.
