Our story began in 2019 with an introduction that brought us together at exactly the right time. What started as a simple meeting quickly turned into a connection that felt destined, like the universe had quietly nudged us toward each other. Our first date was unforgettable for all the wrong (and right) reasons: a haunted house — the bride’s absolute worst nightmare. But the nerves and the laughter that came with it ended up being the perfect start to something real. Not long after, life threw us all into the chaos of the pandemic. In the middle of it, he helped move her out of her dorm, and what could have been a stressful moment became one of the first times we realized how naturally we supported each other. Days of seeing each other turned into nights spent together, which turned into 75 straight sleepovers — and eventually, a summer spent officially moving in together. Somewhere in between the long nights, shared meals, and countless inside jokes, we knew we had found our person. As time went on, we grew into each other’s best friend. We laugh constantly, make weekly Sunday Target runs, and bond over our favorite fast-food cravings. We’ve supported each other’s dreams, celebrated milestones, and created a life filled with comfort, humor, and a love that feels both effortless and meant to be. The proposal couldn’t have been more perfect — surrounded by Christmas lights, just before the holidays. It was magical, emotional, and so perfectly “us.” A moment we’ll never forget. Now, we’re beyond excited to continue our journey surrounded by the people who have supported and loved us along the way. We can’t wait to say “I do” and start this next chapter of forever.
