We met through a yoga and meditation community, where a divine connection and spark naturally blossomed between us. Many of the values and qualities we were looking for in a partnership were telepathically understood. Our connection began in our early 20s during the days when the world was shut down, we found refuge from the chaos in a little North Shore cottage. There, we surfed empty beaches each morning, explored the depths of our relationship, and began a journey that has now spanned five beautiful years. Our partnership has always felt effortless, loving you has been as natural as the way trees grow, patient and steady, yet strong and deeply rooted. Together, we’ve traveled to Peru, Japan, and Guatemala, enriching our bond through the cultures we’ve encountered along the way. As our love deepened so did our academic focus: Sydney continued to pursue her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Clinical Herbalism, while Angelo continued to pursue his BA in Cybersecurity. Today, we are nestled in a valley at the base of the Ko‘olau Mountains, where we dream of creating our life together and growing a family. This wedding is not only a celebration of our love, but also of our gratitude for you, our friends and Ohana who have been an integral part of our journey.
