Hard RSVP deadline is March 1st, but if you know sooner, please let us know so we can begin planning your room assignment.
Since we have a full buyout of Timber Cove, the entire venue will just be our wedding party. With 46 rooms total, we’ll be assigning the rooms to make sure everyone is comfortably accommodated. Most rooms have king beds, and Timber Cove can provide extra cots if needed. Room rates range from $400–$700 per night, so we’ll be mindful of budgets as we assign. You’ll receive your room assignment ahead of time—no need to call the hotel in advance. Upon check-in, you’ll just show your ID and credit card, and the room will be yours for the stay.
Once we receive your RSVP, we’ll send out a short survey to gather your preferences. From there, we’ll work with you directly to assign your room :)

All events will take place at Timber Cove, and that’s also where you’ll be staying. Please note: Timber Cove requires a two-night minimum stay (Wednesday & Thursday).

We love your little ones so much, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives you a chance to relax, enjoy the coast, and make a little getaway out of it!
