On the day of the actual wedding, please arrive at 3pm. This will provide you enough time to find the venue, park, grab welcome packages (which include drink tickets!), enjoy a complimentary glass of champagne or cup of coffee or tea, and mingle before taking your seat. Doors to the ceremony will close at 3:45 and late entry will not be permitted.
Yes! There is plenty of free parking available for all guests including electric vehicle charging spots and handicap parking close to the front doors.
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! As our theme is "An Enchanted Forest," we have decided that each table will represent a different kingdom in our magical fantasy forest. Each person at the table is a person of nobility attending the royal wedding of the King of Winter and the Queen of Summer. Your table will be indicated on the dress code card mailed to you with your invitation. The official level of formality is 'Red Carpet' - imagine you're at a Red Carpet event! What are you wearing? There is no such thing as 'too fancy', but please don't wear white!
Yes! Please refrain from using flash during the ceremony however feel free to use all the flash you'd like during the reception! Photos during either the ceremony or the reception are welcomed! We will be setting up a google drive and proving all guests with a QR code link to the folder where any and all photos and videos can be uploaded for all to see!
While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event. We kindly ask that you only bring those indicated on your invitation as well as your plus one should you have been given one. We hope you understand and we can't wait to celebrate with you!
Unfortunately not, as no discounts for blocks were provided, however we have provided several options for hotel stays in the "Travel" section of this website! Please note rooms may be booked quickly for that weekend as the month of May is typically busy for Drumheller tourism.

Of Course! Each Guest gets 2 drink tickets as well as a complimentary glass of champagne before the ceremony. Please pick up your drink tickets from the Welcome Desk upon arrival to the venue. Drinks will range in price at our cash bar from $3 to $6. As the venue closes at 2am, we will be doing last call at 1 am just before our Grand Exit.
Yes! Carpools to Drumheller will be set up to leave May 2nd (day before the wedding) between 9am and 11am. Please see the RSVP section and respond to the Carpool Event with the number in your party and if you will be needing a carpool or if you would be up for offering to drive people to Drumheller. We also will be coordinating travel to and from the venue closer to the date as we will be determining designated drivers or a hired driver for the night to drive guests to and from the venue.
When you RSVP you will be notified if you have been allocated a plus-one slot. If you have not been given that spot please do not bring a guest unannounced. You may request to be placed on a waiting list and should a space come available you will be informed, however, this is not guaranteed and may result in your guest being seated at a different table than you.
We have provided a list of things to explore in Drumheller on the day before the wedding, however you are more than welcome to help us set up our venue. In exchange you will be given an extra drink ticket (or two!) as a sign of our gratitude.
Since we have to transport several cars worth of decor to and from Drumheller, we kindly ask that no boxed gifts be brought to the venue. We will have a box for cards and we would love to read your well wishes and kind words, however if you would like to give us a gift please see our gift registry or you may give it to us at our rehearsal dinner in Calgary on May 1st!
