How do I RSVP and by when?

Answer

RSVP will start being accepted when invitations are sent out mid August. RSVP by November 1st.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal/Cocktail Attire: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits, dark jackets and slacks, cocktail dresses, or even dressy jumpsuit! Wear what makes you comfortable! It is December so if cold, please bring a warm coat!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we're only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration, with the exception of the children participating in the wedding party. We hope this gives everyone a chance to relax and enjoy a fun date night with us!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking onsite for the ceremony and reception. The venue is also ADA compliant.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:15PM. The ceremony will being right at 3:30PM.

Is there a weather plan?

Answer

Yes. December can be unpredictable with temperature. Please bring a warm coat if cold as the ceremony will be outside. There will be heaters and blankets. Cocktail hour and reception will be inside following ceremony. If there is rain, we will move to inside.

Is it okay to take photos?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. We ask that you turn off all devices and enjoy the moment with us, we have our amazing friend, Robert Matthews Photography capturing our special day. Cocktail Hour and reception, take all the photos you would like!

What time is the reception?

Answer

Cocktail hour begins immediately following the ceremony, with dinner and dancing until 10:00PM
