We met in one of the most romantic ways of modern day love stories; Tinder. Yes, yes, we know, how swoon worthy. In 2022, we had both been fresh out of long term relationships at the time and honestly thinking now probably just looking to get out of the house. Little did we know that both of our first ever matches on that God awful app would lead us down a path of discovering not only love for each other, but for ourselves. We were both trying to love each other best we could at a time when we didn't really know what love was, therefore we drifted apart and walked away from each other. In that time apart we learned to heal, grew from our habitual tendencies, and matured into better adults. Through adventures that grounded us, blind faith in our God that he knew the way, and a matter of time, we found each other again in 2024. Thomas decided he was done missing Angelina, I know shocker he lasted so long, and decided to check in with how she's been after all that time apart. One text led into a 6 hour long phone call and making plans to see each other again. Next thing we knew, we were face to face with all the emotions that came rushing back with no legs to stand on, just holding onto each other for dear life. With that, the rest was history really. We started hanging out again and didn't last long before Thomas asked Angelina to be his Valentine. We spent that month falling in love without voicing it until March, when we made it official on March 30th 2024. The years spent with each other after have been filled with endless laughter, heartfelt conversations and the depths of love going deeper than we ever thought possible. In 2025, we had the privilege of being able to visit Oahu and Maui Hawaii both in January and in April. Thomas got down on one knee to ask the most important question on his life on April 30, 2025 while on the beautiful shores of Makapu'u Beach Oahu, Hi. Angelina got to say the biggest yes of her life and spend the rest of their vacation on cloud 9. We have still managed to find ways to love each other deeper every day since, every day after today and every day after we say "I Do".
