**Due to resort availability, we ask that all guests who plan on joining us book rooms as soon as possible. You will not be charged for your room until 30 days prior to your stay.* The resort is providing our guests with discounted group rates (for guests who stay a minimum of 3 nights). However, we truly DO recommend staying at least 3-4 nights to make the most of your trip and enjoy all that the resort and Cancun have to offer. A discounted rate with roundtrip airport transfer has been secured for the Reed-Ursetta wedding group. You will only be charged $1 deposit to book your room. The balance will be charged in full to your card on file 30 days before your arrival to the resort. *Please note that the resort requires all guests to stay on site. Additionally, rooms are on a first come first serve basis. Please reserve your room as soon as possible.

The balance will be charged in full to your card on file 30 days before your arrival to the resort. - Click the "VIEW" button below - Fill in your reservation details (dates, guests, and promo code) - In the promo code box type ARWMAR23FPM then click CHECK AVAILABILITY - Browse the room categories (make sure a box appears showing Promo Code Applied: ARWMAR23FPM) - Select "EVENTS RATE + FREE TRANSFER" and select ADD on the room category you want, then click "BOOK NOW" - Fill in your personal information. - Click "CONFIRM BOOKING" (your confirmation will be emailed to you within 10 minutes) *In order to reserve your room, you do not need your flight information yet. For check in time you can just default it to 12pm (or any time really). Once your flight is booked you can go back to "manage reservations" and adjust the check in time and flight info. *The discounted rate will expire January 23, 2023. *Free cancellation (up until 24 hours from your arrival) is included with all reservations.
Flight
All guests will be responsible for their own flight arrangements. Please contact Angelina if you'd like help finding flights (we highly recommend using the hopper app to monitor prices)! We only ask that you arrive 2 days prior to the wedding, which is Saturday, March 25. Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and to return back into the US. The resort will also ask for your passport when you check in for your stay.

Food - All meals, snacks and beverages (and booze too!) There are 12 restaurants, 1 coffee/dessert bar, 15 bars, and room service too! Activities - 12 pools, daily/nightly live performances, a fitness center, paddle boarding, kayaking, cooking lessons, and yoga classes are just a glimpse of what is included in your stay. Airport Transportation - You will be picked up from the airport once you arrive and also dropped off at the airport at the end of your trip by the resort's transfer company, Seasons Transfers.
