What are the food choices?

Answer

Filet au Poivre: Grilled marinated eight ounce encrusted with crushed pepper, center cut filet mignon finished with a tri-color crushed peppercorn demi glaze with a touch of brandy and cream. Chicken Breast Supreme: Skin-on boneless breast of chicken pan seared and stuffed with seasoned bread crumbs, mushrooms, spinach and mozzarella topped with marsala wine sauce. Pepper Encrusted Ahi Tuna: Ahi tuna steak encrusted with cracked black pepper, pan seared, served with a cognac cream sauce. Eggplant Parmesan: Golden fried eggplant layered with mozzarella , parmesan, Sunday Sauce, and fresh basil.
