Wedding Villas

We have booked stunning nearby villas complete with AC, breakfast and beautiful Tuscan views for our guests. Check in - Friday July 28, 2023 Check out - Monday July 31, 2023 Please plan for around $350-$400 per person for the entire weekend. Transportation will be provided between wedding events and these villas. Information about your accommodation was sent April 23, 2023. If you did not receive this email please reach out. You are welcome to book your accommodations. Please let us know by March 15, 2023.

Airport Transportation

If you require airport transportation arriving July 28 or departing July 31 please let us know. Our wedding villa can help coordinate. We have been quoted around €360 one way for up to 7 people per van.

Train

Train to Cortona

Cortona is the closest town to our wedding location it is about~20 minutes (by car) away. Cortona is reachable by train from Rome, Florence, or Arezzo. There are two stations in Cortona Terontola-Cortona or Camucia-Cortona. Cortona can also be reached by bus from nearby towns and villages in Tuscany. From Florence- there is a direct train from Firenze Station to Camucia-Cortona. From Rome- there is a direct train from Rome Termini to Camucia-Cortona. If you decide on taking the train you will need a driver/cab from the Cortona train to your stay. If you need assistance finding transport from Cortona to the wedding please let us know.
