Where Is the Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception Taking Place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be held on sight at West Hills Country Club in Middletown NY. The ceremony portion will be held outside in hoping that the weather permits us, and the cocktail hour will be held inside as well as reception. The venue itself does permit us to have an open feel as it is a large, tented type ballroom that allows the sides to be rolled up to enjoy a beautiful summer night!

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

Th ceremony will begin at 5:30pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat. There will be drinks available prior to the ceremony to enjoy while you wait for the day to begin!

Can I Bring a Guest/Date?

Answer

If you have received a plus one, your guest's name will be specific to your invite and printed with your name on your envelope. When you RSVP on the website, you and/or your guest's name(s) will appear under your name when you RSVP. If you choose to RSVP by mail, we will update our website for you with the number of guests that were given on your invite and that you have checked off. We wish we could have everyone, but due to limited venue space we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with our close friends and family!

Are Kids Invited?

Answer

Although we adore the kiddos, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adult-only event (the only exception are the little ones that are listed on our website in our wedding party!). Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. We hope you understand and take the night off and enjoy this time for yourselves!

Is there parking available on site at the venue?

Answer

There is plenty of parking in at the venue itself, we are also planning to have a shuttle service from the hotel to the venue for our guests who will be staying overnight with us which is still to be determined! We will post hotel blocks when updated.

Is There a Dress Code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting for everyone to either choose between semi-formal or formal for our wedding.

What happens if I do not R.S.V.P in time?

Answer

We know life can be busy! But, If we do not get an RSVP back by the date in which we have provided (to be determined), it will be marked as a "No." We will miss you celebrating with us; however, we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in the timely manner they have given us and cannot accept late RSVP's due to this. If you have any questions about RSVP please let the bride and groom know! We are here to help! We appreciate you and thank you for understanding! We hope to see you all there!

HOTEL STAY AND ROOM BLOCKS

Answer

There are limited hotel rooms blocked for our wedding day at a discounted price! Information including website and phone number to book is located under the "TRAVEL” section of the website when where you can find more information. We hope you can stay with us! Thank you for your patience!
