So, We're Eloping!

We met working at Mongo's Coffee Roastery and Lounge in April 2019. During that time we were seeing other people but quickly became each other's favorite person to work with. No two people had better espresso bar chemistry than we did! 4 years later, Ange (that's me!) had been long gone from working at Mongo's but decided to pop in to catch up with her old coworkers. As I was about to say goodbye to everyone, JJ tells me to come in more often and says "it's always nice when you're here." And so that's what I did! A few weeks later, I was hanging out with my good friend and (at the time) Mongo's Baker, Kelly Sapphire, and shared my newfound affinity to my old barista coworker. After some matchmaking magic, (she told him I thought he was really cute) JJ asked me to The Super Mario Bros. Movie! So in April 2023, we started dating and instantly knew we were perfect for each other. We've laughed, we've cried, we've had to compromise, and we've moved to not only one but two states together. But most importantly, we've fallen so deeply in love with one another. And just like back in 2019, we know there is no other person who could have better espresso bar chemistry than us!
