It was the start of second semester of our freshman year of college. Angie walked into Geology class and sat alone. In front of her sat a boy with red hair and his friend. As class began, our professor told everyone to partner up. Angie was awkwardly sitting there, when Jason turned around and asked if she wanted to join their group. After that moment, life began pushing them together. The next day, Angie went to her first club soccer practice. As she arrived she noticed the same red headed boy on the field. She learned Jason also played soccer for the boy's team. When Jason's practice finished, he walked right up to Angie and began to make small talk. Again, Angie was very socially awkward. The following day, Angie arrived to their geology class. She sat in her same seat as last time. However, Jason decided to sit right next to her (even though there were plenty of other seats). Angie secretly texted one of her friends complaining about it. But it turned out, this led to Angie and Jason becoming friends. They would "study" together, which turned out to just be Angie studying and Jason using it as an excuse to hangout with her. After making Jason wait for what felt like forever, they added the title "boyfriend" and "girlfriend" on March 7th, 2017. They became inseparable. Junior year, they got their first apartment together. After graduating from SFA they moved into a home. They started their own life together in Houston. Finally, after 8 years of being boyfriend and girlfriend, Jason proposed on October 10th, 2025. We are so excited that we get to experience this new chapter in our lives!
