Fort Zachary Taylor Historic State Park - Often considered the best beach in Key West with clear water, great snorkeling, and beautiful sunset views. Smathers Beach - The largest public beach in Key West with soft sand, palm trees, and plenty of space to relax by the water. Higgs Beach - Quiet beach right by the venue.

f you're driving from Miami to Key West, the journey along the Overseas Highway is part of the experience! Here are a few fun places to stop along the way. Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World - A fun first stop in the Florida Keys with a huge outdoor store, aquarium displays, and great photo opportunities. There’s also a waterfront restaurant with a dock where you can enjoy a meal while looking out over the water. Alabama Jack's - A classic Keys dive bar and restaurant known for its laid-back atmosphere, cold drinks, and live music. Snappers Oceanfront Restaurant & Bar - A beautiful waterfront restaurant perfect for lunch with ocean views and fresh seafood. Robbie's of Islamorada - A famous stop where visitors can feed giant tarpon from the dock, browse local shops, and grab a bite to eat. Seven Mile Bridge - One of the most iconic parts of the drive with incredible views of turquoise water on both sides of the highway.
