Do we need to commit now?

Answer

We are making vows of commitment and asking only a milder commitment from you. Please let us know as soon as you can whether you plan to attend. Early responses will be incredibly helpful as we finalize plans. FYI most of the hotels allow cancelation about a month or so before your stay so it's better to book now even if you are not 100% sure you can attend. All the hotels are really small and get filled up really fast. Check their website. The airline bookings are more flexible so you can wait until the summer to get those.

Driving in Greece

Answer

Although we won't recommend driving in downtown Athens, we do encourage people to drive from Ioannina to Aristi. It will be fun and it will give you more flexibility. You don't need an international driver's license- your US drivers license is fine (although I would confirm about a month before leaving to be sure this still applies). The roads out of Athens are great very manageable.

We guarantee a variety of wonderful local dishes by some of the best chefs of the regon. We will be able to accommodate Vegans, Carnivores and Vegetarians ("that's okay, you''ll have lamb!").

What to bring?

Pack very light. Bring a bathing suit, shorts, flat shoes with traction, hiking shoes if you are planning on exploring any of the near by hiking paths, mosquito repellent and your appetite.
