We are unable to offer onsite parking, but have happily dedicated an off-site lot for guest parking just a short walk or ride away from the venue. Street parking is not available, and any cars parked on the street will be subject to ticketing and towing. As guests arrive, there will be a Harvey House team member directing them to the Idyllwild Community Center kid's playground parking lot, or secondary off-site parking location. From here, a shuttle service will be ready to bring guests back to Harvey House. The shuttle service will run for two hours at the beginning of the event, and two hours at the end of the event. The final shuttle will leave 15 minutes after the conclusion of the event.
If you were not given the option of a plus one, we kindly ask that you do not bring a guest.
No open/ lit flames due to severe fire hazard in the area. Vaping allowed, just respectfully distanced away from non smokers.
There will be an open bar with basic alcohol, mixers, beverages, beers and wine.
The wedding ceremony itself will be rather quick. If you’re running late please still join us for the reception and dinner to celebrate!
